Sent me letter about mortgage (Telemarketer) reported by Tom S
Letter makes you think it's from my bank. IT'S NOT!!!!! My bank does not have offices in Florida. Somehow they found out about a home equity line of credit and when I called the phone number, no one answered and it apparently never even rang thru.

Did multiple things indicating they were officially from mortgage lender, but never said they were. Multiple demands to contact them & that it was if utmost importance. They were trying to sell mortgage insurance.
