OBITUARIES CANNON James Hamlin Cannon, 77, a retired supply inspector with the Civil Service Department at Patrick Air Force Base, died Monday at home. Mr. Cannon, of 11550 Point Drive, Merritt Island, was a native of Salt Lake City, Utah, and a Brevard resident for 35 years. He moved to Merritt Island in 1962 from Eau Gallie. Mr.

Cannon was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Ulla Cannon of Merritt Island; brother, Warren Cannon of Bethesda, and sisters, Lea a Smith of Long Island, N.Y., and Irene Salahor of Salt Lake City. No calling hours or services are scheduled. Burial will be at a later date at Melbourne Cemetery.

PERRY DOOLEY Perry Dooley, 61, a technical sergeant with the Air Force for 22 years, died Thursday at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne. Mr. Dooley, of 596 Cadillac Circle, West Melbourne, was a Brevard resident for 16 years. He was an airplane radio operator.

Survivors include his wife, Frances Dooley of West Melbourne; and sisters, Edith Turpin and Dorothy Maxey, both of Bedford, and Evie Smith of Roanoke, Va. No calling hours are scheduled. VINCENT GARNER Vincent Eugene Garner, 52, a maintenance mechanic at Melbourne Municipal Airport, died Wednesday at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne. Mr. Garner, 52, of 1929 S. Greenway Drive, Melbourne, was a Brevard resident for seven years. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Melbourne and the Moose Club in Washington, D.C.

Survivors include his wife, Perla Garner of Melbourne; son, Merto Ray Garner and Gretcen Sean Garner, both of Melbourne; daughter, Louise Garner of Charlottesville, and sister, Mardy Mills of Washington, D.C. JOSEPHINE HOLMES Josephine Otto Holmes, 84, a homemaker, died Thursday at the Royal Palm Convalescent Center in Vero Beach. Mrs.

Holmes, of 600 Riomar Drive, Vero Beach, moved to Indian River County 20 years ago from Columbia City, Ind. She was a native of Edinburg, and a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach. Survivors include her son, David Holmes of Vero Beach; sister, Mary Otto of Greenwood, nine grandchildren; and several greatgrandchildren. No calling hours are scheduled.
